If you have a rehearsal, please provide the Wedding Coordinator at your wedding venue ALL the details of the rehearsal, if any, BEFORE the rehearsal NOT at the rehearsal.
Example: Names of Groomsmen, Bridesmaids, Ring Bearer, Flower Girl(s), ushers (if any), who seats the parents & grandparents, are the guys walking up first or will the Groomsmen walk with the Bridesmaids, etc. Send the names, positions, etc., to the Wedding Coordinator by e-mail.
Groomsmen can double as ushers.
This will help make your rehearsal go much smoother and less time consuming. A well-coordinated rehearsal should not take longer than 30 minutes provided everyone arrives on time. Please encourage the wedding party and the parents to arrive on time.
Please bring your Marriage License to the rehearsal. The wedding coordinator can pass it on to the Minister or Officiant so he/she can fill out their part and bring it to the wedding ready to be signed by the bride and groom and two witnesses. According to Arizona law, witnesses must be at least 18 years of age.
To help you plan the time of your wedding, check the Arizona Sunsets list for sunset times and average temperatures for the Greater Phoenix area.
